Day 1: System Genesis & Onboarding
Learn how to onboard your first hospital, create doctor accounts, and populate the global medical catalog (Medications & Diagnoses) from scratch.
In a Multi-Tenant SaaS, clinics cannot just "sign up" and access the system. They must be officially provisioned by the Platform Admin or an Operating Distributor to ensure medical security.
Log in as a Superuser or Distributor. Navigate to Management > Operating Partners or directly to the Distributor Dashboard.
Click "Onboard Clinic". Enter the Clinic's Name and the Director's Phone Number. The system will automatically generate a secure ISO-27001-compliant temporary password (e.g., AlS@77412).
Give the phone number and password to the Doctor. Upon their first login, they will be forced into the Doctor Onboarding Screen to upload their Stamp, Logo, Subdomain, and configure their consultation fees.
Global Health OS uses a single unified global catalog. Instead of every doctor typing drug names manually, there are three smart ways the catalog gets populated on Day 1.
Method A: Doctor Quick-Add
While writing a prescription in the Workspace, if the doctor searches for "Amoxicillin" and doesn't find it, they simply click the "New" badge, type the name, and hit Enter. The drug is instantly added to the Global Catalog forever!
Method B: Supplier B2B
Pharmaceutical companies register via the Partner Portal. They click "Add New Drug", upload high-res box images, active ingredients, and pay a "Listing Credit". This makes their brand appear as "Sponsored ⭐" to all doctors.
Method C: Pharmacy Shelves
When a partner pharmacy adds an item to their "Digital Shelf", if it's not in the system, they can add it via the "Register Brand New Drug" tab.
You do not need to manually configure 5,000 surgeries in the Admin panel before launching. Global Health OS builds its database dynamically through organic clinical usage.
The Auto-Learn Methodology
- The Doctor: During an examination, the doctor clicks "Add Procedure" in their workspace.
- The Search: They type "ACL Reconstruction". If it doesn't exist, they click "New".
- The Magic: The system saves it, prices it, bills the patient, AND adds it to the Global Medical Directory instantly.
