1 Create Your Account
Registration is simple and fast. You only need your mobile phone number.
- Click on "Register" or "Book Appointment" on the homepage.
- Enter your full name, phone number, gender, and age.
- Choose a password for future logins.
- Submit the form - your account is created instantly!
2 Logging In
Use your registered phone number and password to access your dashboard.
1 Choose Your Date
Select your preferred appointment date from the calendar. The system shows available days.
2 Provide Chief Complaint
Briefly describe your symptoms or reason for the visit. This helps the doctor prepare.
3 Confirm Booking
Review your details and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation on your dashboard.
Accessing Your Visit History
Your dashboard displays all your past and upcoming appointments.
- Click on any past visit to see detailed clinical notes.
- View the doctor's diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescribed medications.
- Cancel upcoming appointments if needed (before the appointment date).
- Date and time of visit
- Doctor's name
- Primary diagnosis and ICD-10 code
- Treatment notes and prescriptions
Downloading Your Medical Reports
All completed lab and radiology reports are available for download.
- On your dashboard, scroll to the "Lab & Radiology Results" section.
- Click the "Download PDF" button next to any completed report.
- Reports are in PDF format and can be printed or shared with other doctors.
- Radiology Reports (X-Ray, MRI, CT Scan)
- Laboratory Results (Blood tests, Urine analysis, etc.)

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.
Yes, as long as it's not marked as "Completed" or "Cancelled". Go to your dashboard and click the Cancel button.
Click "Edit Profile" on your dashboard to update your personal information.
Results appear on your dashboard once the lab or radiology department completes them. You'll receive a notification.
