Lab Results Management
Step-by-Step:
- Navigate to the "Investigations" tab on the Reception Dashboard
- Click "Upload Result" on any pending lab order
- Select the PDF report file from your computer
- Enter the result value and normal range (optional)
- Mark any abnormal findings and save
Note:
Completed lab results are immediately visible to patients on their dashboard.
Radiology Results Management
Step-by-Step:
- Go to the "Investigations" tab on the Reception Dashboard
- Click "Upload Report/Link" on any pending radiology order
- Either upload a PDF report or provide a DICOM viewer link
- Add radiologist notes and save
Note:
DICOM links allow patients to view their medical images online.

Pending → Awaiting results
Completed → Results available
